Grace + Favour was founded as a need for a more agile and efficient way of working for businesses within the creative industry. Agency costs stack up, recruiter fees reduce the calibre of talent you can afford and full time freelancer bookings become an expensive burden if briefs aren’t quite ready yet, or projects become delayed.
At Grace + Favour we provide a service that you can book hourly, daily, weekly, for a project fee or on a retained basis. We can plan your ongoing workflow, resource, productions, marketing materials and all of the processes to go with them as an upfront project and then provide you with as little as 4 hours per month to keep things ticking over to as much as 4 dedicated days per week.
We are skilled at wearing multiple hats and this ability to understand every element from branding, marketing, sales, budgeting and resourcing provides a one stop shop and remarkably efficient way to work for you and your business.
